What are the shipping times?
For items in stock (or pre-orders that have arrived in store): shipping within 2 to 3 business days, on a human scale.
How do I make a return?
You have 14 days after receipt.
Log in to your account (6-digit code sent by email, no password required).
Open the relevant order and click on Request a Return .
Select the items and state the reason.
After validation by the store:
you will receive return instructions

Can we make an exchange?
Exchanges are not offered in order to simplify the procedure.
Simply initiate a return (via the request directly from your account/order): after receipt and validation, you can choose between a refund to your original payment method or store credit. You can then place a new order with the desired size or model.

What are the shipping costs?

There is no physical store or showroom.
Collection by appointment is possible in Ivry-sur-Seine (without the possibility of trying on the products or seeing them, I'm sorry).
