You are looking for:
- A "second skin" effect undergarment, discreet, enveloping and comfortable under all your clothes (wool, cotton, synthetic), with a naturally silky feel directly against the skin?
- A multifunctional top for all year round, for everyday wear, sleeping, or as a thermal layer?
- A garment suitable for very sensitive skin, with naturally breathable and antibacterial properties?
Description
Long-sleeved T-shirt in organic merino wool and silk , from the German eco-friendly brand Cosilana.
This is the garment to have as an essential first layer , the one that directly influences the overall thermoregulation of the body.
This precious layer, made of untreated natural fibers, keeps the skin dry. The air thus dried can then be warmed by our own body heat and retained by the pure wool intermediate layer worn over it.
The first layer is the most important. It is in direct contact with the skin and governs the body's entire thermoregulation. It must be natural!
Its role is not to "heat up", but to:
- absorb moisture (perspiration),
- keep the skin dry.
- create a thin layer of dry air around the body.
Untreated wool (or wool-silk) is particularly effective for this function, unlike synthetic fibers which retain moisture against the skin.
An extremely soft, thin, and warm top, designed to be worn directly against the skin. Ideal as thermal underwear in winter, but also as a light top or sleepwear.
The wool and silk blend combines:
- the thermoregulatory and breathable properties of wool,
- the softness and silky feel of silk, particularly pleasant on the skin.
Wool is naturally resistant to odors and dirt thanks to lanolin, while silk provides a smooth and protective feel, comparable to a textile cocoon.
Strengths
- Suitable for sensitive and reactive skin, often appreciated in cases of skin irritations.
- The sleeves are intentionally slightly shorter to prevent the t-shirt from showing under the garment worn over it, for a discreet and neat layering look.
- Excellent thermoregulation: warm when it's cold, breathable when it's mild.
- Ideal as a base layer, pajamas or for winter travel.
- Can be worn alone or under other clothing.
Color: Off-white or Black
Available sizes:
36/38 - 40/42 - 44/46 - 48/50
Flat measurements (indicative)
Please note: measurements are approximate and may vary by 1 to 2 cm. Natural materials are elastic and react to humidity, which may slightly affect the dimensions.
Therefore, it is impossible to guarantee perfectly identical measurements from one item to another, regardless of the brand, when working with natural textile fibers.

In the photos: shown in black, I intentionally present all sizes, up to 48/50 (see details in the photos), to demonstrate the fit, primarily in length. This applies to all Cosilana women's tops offered.
These garments always remain enveloping: this is the principle of a "second skin". They are not designed to be loose, even in larger sizes.
For everyday wear, under my clothes, I wear Cosilana in size 36/38 (I'm 1.77 m tall and wear a 38/M), to prevent the sleeves from showing under the sleeves of the clothes I wear over them. As a nightgown, I wear size 48/50 for a looser, more enveloping fit.

Living Woolâą - Living Wool is an internal expertise concept-label developed by Maison de MaMoulia to identify products whose wool fiber is preserved as close as possible to its natural state, in the absence of industrial anti-felting treatments.
Untreated wool - an authentic and living fiber
This garment is made from untreated merino wool , without any industrial anti-felting treatment (such as Superwash, enzymes, NaturetexxÂź, polymer coatings, silicones or other similar processes).
The fiber thus retains its intact natural structure , responsible for its unique properties , as well as its natural lanolin.
This is what we call authentic and living wool.
Unlike wools treated to remove scales, artificially soften the fiber, and withstand machine washing, this wool naturally retains:
- its thermoregulation (neither too hot nor too cold)
- its ability to absorb moisture while remaining dry to the touch
- its natural antibacterial properties
- its resistance to odors and dirt
- its natural elasticity (the garment returns to its shape when at rest)
- its self-maintenance capacity through simple aeration
It is this intact fiber that allows for reduced washing, lasting, healthy and ecological comfort, and the preservation of a garment designed to last over time.
The natural benefits of merino wool
- Naturally breathable, wool allows moisture to evaporate.
- Warm but never stifling, suitable for all year round

- Antibacterial thanks to the pH of untreated wool
- Elastic, returns to its shape after use (knees, buttocks, fabric stretching)
- Soft and comfortable against the skin
- Flame-retardant and UV-protective
- Antistatic
- 100% natural, recyclable and â truly â biodegradable
