When will I be charged?

Payment is made immediately upon ordering, including for pre-orders.

"Store credit" is sent to the customer in the following cases:

• issuance of a credit note following a product return (with the buyer's agreement, for example, instead of a refund)
• refund of an overpayment after an exchange
• offer related to distant pre-orders (10% re-credited for the operations concerned), calculated on the amount paid excluding the use of any previous credit.

Its use is simple: as soon as it is attributed, an automatic email informs you.

This credit then appears in your shopping cart as a payment method, just like the others. You can activate it to pay for all or part of your order, or choose to keep it for later use.

Store credit is non-refundable.

For items in stock (or pre-orders that have arrived in store): shipping within 2 to 3 business days, on a human scale.

You have 14 days after receipt.

Log in to your account (6-digit code sent by email, no password required).
Open the relevant order and click on Request a Return .
Select the items and state the reason.

After validation by the store:

you will receive return instructions
Return shipping is at your expense, and only via the postal service.
Except for shop error or product defect (label provided)

Exchanges are not offered in order to simplify the procedure.

Simply initiate a return (via the request directly from your account/order): after receipt and validation, you can choose between a refund to your original payment method or store credit. You can then place a new order with the desired size or model.

A points system is available - all conditions are detailed in the 🎁 icon at the bottom left of the screen.

€5 offered to the sponsor and the referred person (see the detailed Sponsorship program with the 🎁 icon at the bottom left of the screen).

300 points are credited to your customer account, which is equivalent to a €5 voucher.

The products are shipped in their original packaging; sometimes it's the plastic bag to protect the wool during transport.
