True lamb's wool slipper socks, entirely hand-knitted and featuring a flexible suede sole.

Their high-top design wraps the foot and ankle in a thick, soft, and naturally warm knit. More flexible than traditional slippers, they follow the foot's movements without a rigid structure and offer that pleasant sensation of walking almost in socks... but with much better protection from cold floors.

The cable knit, natural white color, and small leather tag give them a style that is warm, artisanal, and timeless.

Shape and comfort

  • High-top design covering the ankle
  • Thick, enveloping knit
  • Flexible slippers without a rigid sole
  • Sewn suede sole
  • Keep feet warm without trapping them in synthetic material

The open structure of the knit traps a thin layer of air around the foot. The wool thus helps maintain a comfortable warmth while allowing the moisture naturally produced by the feet to circulate.

Wool

  • 100% lamb's wool
  • Soft and naturally thermoregulating
  • Breathable
  • Absorbs and gradually releases moisture
  • Naturally limits the development of odors
  • OEKO-TEX® certified
  • Guaranteed mulesing-free wool

Unlike slippers lined with synthetic materials, wool keeps feet warm without as easily creating a stuffy and damp environment.

Artisanal manufacturing

Each piece is hand-knitted by women working from home in Nepal.
The slippers are made stitch by stitch, on needles.

The suede sole is then sewn to the bottom of the slipper. This artisanal manufacturing explains the small differences that may exist from one pair to another: they are not defects, but part of the identity of each piece.

Use

These slippers are designed to be worn indoors, notably:

  • at home every day
  • on cold floors
  • upon waking up and in the evening
  • while working from home
  • in a holiday home

Their flexibility also makes them easy to slip into a suitcase.

"Maison de MaMoulia Favorite"

This product is part of my favorites discovered in Germany during my meeting with the Fuza wool brand

It was carefully selected not only for the quality of its natural wool, but also for meeting essential expectations:

  • softness on the skin
  • natural warmth
  • modern and timeless design
  • ease of wearing and matching
  • durability for many years
  • and it's a very beautiful product!

It is a real discovery that joins my personal wardrobe selection, a garment designed to be worn, loved, and kept for a long time.

Colors:

Ecru white, multi-color, silver blue

Sizes:

S/M or 35-37 - outsole 24 cm

M/L or 38-40 - outsole 26 cm

L/XL or 41-43 - outsole 28 cm

For larger shoe sizes, look at the King model.

Example: for my 42, I chose the King M/L model. The L/XL size suits me just as well with a little room (if you need to wear thick socks on top)

Composition

• 100% lamb’s wool
• Stitched genuine suede sole
• Hand-knitted in Nepal
• OEKO-TEX® certified (wool and dyes)
• Guaranteed mulesing-free New Zealand wool, like all wool in the shop

Maintenance tips

• Air the slippers out regularly.
• Leave them open and let them rest after wearing them.
• Do not store them damp or crushed.
• Gently brush the suede sole when it is dry.
• Spot-clean a small stain rather than washing the whole pair.

Wool has a natural self-cleaning ability thanks to its fibrous structure, keratin, and lanolin.

○ Full wash, only if necessary

• Hand wash only.
• Cold or room-temperature water.
• Use a small amount of special liquid wool detergent.
• Maintain the same temperature for washing and rinsing to avoid thermal shock.
• Do not rub, twist, or wring.
• Gently blot with a towel.
• Reshape the slippers.
• Dry flat, away from sunlight, radiators, and any other heat source.

○ The presence of a suede sole makes a full wash particularly inadvisable. Whenever possible, opt for airing them out and spot-cleaning.

Manufacturing & Ecology

Fuza Wool is a Danish family-run brand whose designs are created in Denmark and knitted in Nepal by women working from home or in small workshops. Production takes place in small batches, in close collaboration with the same communities.

The garments are made primarily from OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified merino wool of approximately 23 microns, ensuring they are free from regulated harmful substances. The dyes also meet this standard.

Some designs feature mohair details for visual effect, while retaining a predominantly wool base.

This small-scale production prioritizes the durability of the garments and the transmission of traditional textile craftsmanship.

Frequently Asked Questions

• Do these slippers have a rigid sole?
No.
Their suede sole remains flexible and follows the movements of the foot. They are designed as indoor slippers and not as shoes.

• Can they be worn outside?
They are not intended for outdoor use. Moisture, abrasive surfaces, and dirty surfaces could quickly damage the suede sole and the knit.

• Are they suitable for sweaty feet?
Wool absorbs water vapor and helps regulate moisture around the foot. It generally provides a more breathable environment than a slipper lined with synthetic fibers.

• Can they be machine washed?
No.
Hand washing is strongly recommended to preserve the knit, the size of the slippers, and their suede sole.

Yuliya's Tips

• This garment should not be machine washed unless you have a "hand wash" cycle, not a "wool" cycle.
Hand washing is highly recommended to preserve the size and structure of the knit.

Ulrich Natürlich detergent enriched with lanolin is highly recommended.

Fuza Wool

Fuza Wool was not born in a design office, but on the road.

During their travels, the founders discovered families in Nepal who still knit as it was done before the industry: slowly, precisely, without separation between work and life.

Here, knitting is not just another trade - it is a tradition.

The contrast is striking: in Denmark, a minimalist design conceived to last, inspired by nature and simple living;

In Nepal, an ancestral practice that gives clothes time.

Fuza Wool was born from this dialogue.

The designs are conceived in the North - simple, functional, easy to wear.

Then they take shape in Nepal - knitted by hand or on artisanal machines, at a human pace.

Each piece then becomes more than just a sweater:

a balance between two cultures, two climates, two ways of thinking about clothing.

Not a passing fad.

A garment made to accompany life.
