• How does the cherry pit hot water bottle work?
The removable inner cushion can be heated in the microwave or oven to release a gentle warmth, or placed in the freezer to provide cooling.

• Is there a risk of the child taking out the cherry pit cushion?
Saling has designed a particularly strong hook-and-loop (Velcro) closure. During our testing, we really had to pull firmly to open the pouch and remove the cushion. This design greatly reduces the risk of a young child accessing the cherry pit bag on their own during normal use.

• From what age is this soft toy suitable?
It is suitable from birth.
The soft toy puppet meets the requirements of the European EN 71 directive (parts 1 to 3) and is suitable for children under 3 years old.

• Is wool suitable for babies?
Yes.
Wool is a natural, breathable, and soft fibre that is naturally antibacterial. It is generally very well tolerated by sensitive skin when it has not been chemically treated.

• Is it washable?
Yes.
The soft toy can be hand-washed with Ulrich special wool detergent

• Does the soft toy contain polyester or other synthetic materials?
No. This soft toy is made from natural materials: virgin wool for the exterior, pure wool for the stuffing, and a cotton cushion filled with cherry pits. No synthetics are present.
