This pure virgin wool pillow is a natural essential, breathable and durable, suitable for both children and adults. It can be used as a sleeping pillow or as a warm decorative element in a bedroom.

Natural thermoregulator

Virgin wool creates consistent thermal comfort, regardless of the season.

In winter, the pillow naturally stays warm: the air heated by the body is retained around the head and forms an extremely effective insulating air cushion against the cold.
In summer or during warmer periods, wool absorbs up to 30% of its own weight in moisture and perspiration while remaining dry to the touch. No damp feeling upon waking.

Thermal regulation is one of the great advantages of untreated wool, which remains efficient and pleasant for everyday use.

Self-cleaning thanks to lanolin

The zipper allows you to open the cover and take out the wool to air it directly.
Wool regenerates naturally upon contact with oxygen.
The lanolin present on each fiber prevents dirt and odors from adhering to it.

In practice, the pillow stays clean for a very long time without needing frequent washing.

Natural properties of wool

Naturally antibacterial: protein fiber with an acidic pH does not provide a favorable environment for bacteria and viruses.
Antistatic: it does not attract dust or mites, which do not live there.

Why not a 60 x 60 cm format?

Because in sleep ergonomics, a pillow should only support the head, and not the entire head + shoulders + shoulder blades.
A pillow that is too high or too wide puts the spine in the wrong position.

The width can vary depending on the width of the bed, but the ideal height remains 40 cm, to ensure precise and physiological support.

• Is this pillow suitable for children?
Yes.
Virgin wool is naturally breathable, antibacterial, and antistatic, making it a very healthy material for children. It does not attract dust mites and regulates temperature perfectly.
Simply adjust the size according to age:
40 x 40 cm for decorative use or for a toddler
40 x 60 cm for a child as soon as they actually start using a pillow,
40 × 80 cm for an older child or an adult.

• Does the pillow flatten over time?
The wool may compress very slightly in areas of high pressure. The zipper allows you to redistribute the filling if necessary.

• Is this pillow suitable for those who sweat at night?
Yes.
And this often represents a real change for people who are fed up with waking up in a sweat with a synthetic pillow.
Wool absorbs up to 30% of its weight in moisture while remaining dry to the touch. It wicks away moisture instead of retaining it, preventing that damp, cold, or sticky feeling upon waking.

• Does the pillow retain odors?
No.
Lanolin prevents odors from penetrating.

• Can wool be added or removed?
Yes, it's perfectly possible with the zipper.

Don't try to "puff" the pillow by fluffing it like a synthetic pillow: simply redistribute the wool by hand using the zipper, and air it for a few hours. The fiber will immediately regain its volume.
Good maintenance here is above all about simplicity.
